1. Service

SiteSpark provides AI-based full-stack app/content generation. Output is AI-generated and may have errors; we do not guarantee accuracy or specific commercial outcomes.

2. Account & responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for complying with applicable law. You are responsible for your generated content and its use.

3. Purchase & billing

Service is provided as prepaid credit allotments, one-time purchase with no auto-charge. Each allotment is valid 30 days from purchase; buy anytime and credits accumulate. See Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content, or to disrupt the service.

5. Intellectual property

You own the output you generate; the platform retains rights to the software and related IP.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for losses from AI-generated results.

7. Termination

If you violate these terms we may suspend or terminate the service; no refund for termination due to breach.
