Refund Policy

1. Purchasing plans

We offer prepaid credit allotments; you may purchase anytime, multiple times. Pricing: Pro ¥100 (10,000 credits), Business ¥300 (30,000 credits); Starter is free (5,000 credits one-time on signup).

2. Validity

Each purchased allotment is valid for 30 days from its purchase date; unused credits expire after that, with no conversion or refund. You may purchase multiple times, and credits accumulate (each allotment expires independently).

3. Refunds

• Purchase fees are non-refundable by default, except where required by law (e.g., consumer protection / cooling-off rules).
• Goodwill refund: within 7 days of your first purchase and with zero usage (nothing generated yet), you may request a full refund.
• Partial use = no refund: once any credits have been used, no refund is provided.

4. One-time purchase (no auto-charge)

Purchases are one-time; there is no auto-charge and no auto-renewal, so no cancellation is needed. Each allotment is usable within its own 30-day validity; unused portions expire after that with no refund.

5. AI results

Results are generated by AI and may differ from expectations. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or commercial outcomes. By using the service, you accept this risk.

6. Payment disputes

Chargebacks or disputes are handled under the rules of the payment provider (Stripe / PayPal / Alipay). Credits equivalent to the disputed amount may be frozen or recovered.
